“What is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”
M.O.
Who am I?
I am Bogdan Romanică, a human development guide, trainer, and mentor from Romania. In my early twenties, while pursuing a Master’s degree in Economics, I felt a deep calling to work with people, to support human growth and transformation. This inner impulse led me to shift my professional path and dedicate myself fully to this deeper purpose.
I began my journey as a youth worker, outdoor learning facilitator, and trainer in non-formal education. Over time, my work evolved as I deepened my practice and turned my focus increasingly toward inner work and meaningful personal exploration.
I have cultivated my guiding craft through numerous immersions, workshops, and trainings, learning from a wide range of respected teachers and organizations. My core training in human development came through the Animas Valley Institute in the USA (founded by Bill Plotkin), where I completed the Wild Mind Training Program and engaged in other in-depth trainings focused on wholing and self-healing.
In my work, I weave together a rich blend of practices rooted in ecocentric development, ecopsychology, nature connection, experiential learning, and indigenous wisdom. These practices include wandering in nature, ceremonies, rituals, dream work, conversations with the natural world, deep imagery journeys, symbolic art, the Way of Council, praying, fasting, guiding through questions, mirroring and personalized invitations, shadow work, sacred silence, solo time in nature, singing, drumming, dancing, storytelling, soul-poetry, embodiment practices, playfight and community work.
I love guiding people onto the land, into places that hold deep medicine, where they can open more fully to sacred inner work. I feel most alive when creating and holding sacred circles that support transformation, the cultivation of inner resources, and deep healing.
In everything I do, I serve the individuation journey of the human soul, while nurturing a deep and intimate connection between people, their Souls, the Earth, and the Spirit.

The poetry that guides me
Over the years, I’ve seen my life’s purpose mirrored in the words of soul poets. The verses below echo something of my essence, something deep and true within me.
